Treadmill
Trek fast on a treadmill putting forth a sprint effort (these can also be done outside without equipment). Burst for 20 seconds then place hands on rails and straddle the treadmill during the 10-seconds between each burst.
Modification: Walk at a brisk pace with the incline set at 7 to 8 percent.
