This time of year we normally do a little something we like to call Back to Basics Week. But this year, we thought we’d mix things up. Add a new twist. Get you pumped up and ready to finish 2013 STRONG. So for the next seven days, say hello to You Can Do It Week. With reader success stories that are sure to inspire to how to reach goals and overcome feats of every kind and difficulty, we want this week to the healthy kick in the pants you’ve been needing to take your awesomeness to the next amazing level (but remember, you’re still awesome as you are right now!).
It’s easy to get in a healthy living rut where you’re doing the same workouts or eating the same foods. And, heck, maybe the coming of winter (we love fall, but dude … no mistaking that cooler weather is coming!) makes you want to stay inside and mourn summer. We feel ya on that, but we also know that autumn can be a fabulous time to set new goals, bust out of comfort zones and get energized!
So this week it’s about busting excuses, taking care of ourselves and pushing ourselves just a little farther than we’ve gone before. It’s time to tackle a new fear or challenge. It’s time to kick things up. It’s time to FBG-ify your life with a breath of exhilarating fresh air. Because, you know what? YOU CAN DO IT!
