Awareness Month:

And one of our fave plant-based foods? Silk soymilk and Silk PureAlmond Unsweetened! Silk soymilk is low in saturated fat and 100 percent cholesterol-free. Unlike most plant proteins, soy protein is “complete,” meaning that it contains all of the essential amino acids — the building blocks of protein — in sufficient quantities to meet the body’s requirements. With 50 percent more calcium than dairy milk along with vitamin D, Silk’s soymilk delivers six grams of filling protein per serving. And Silk PureAlmond Unsweetened has just 30 calories per serving — less than half of the calories of skim milk. Eating plant-based was never more awesome … or delicious!
