4. Powerade Zero Drops (for your smoothie). Okay, so this one has more to do with post-workout hydration than a snack per se, but hydration is an important part of recovering after a workout! So while you can take these Powerade Zero Drops with you on the go (you can squeeze them directly into your water bottle), we like just adding a squirt to one of our favorite post-workout snacks: a smoothie. Mix up a little protein powder with some fruit, spinach or kale and a few drops of this stuff, and you are good to go.
