Are You Supplement Savvy? (With Huge Giveaway!)

How comfortable are you in the supplement aisle? Do the thousands of options —kinds and brands and everything — kind of freak you out? Us, too. So when we find a product or company we love, we want to share it with you. And one such company is Rainbow Light.
I’ve personally been buying and taking Rainbow Light’s supplements for years now — it’s my go-to supplement brand. And apparently a lot of other people’s, too, as the company makes the natural industry’s number one-selling women’s multivitamin.
Free of artificial colors, flavors, preservatives and synthetic ingredients (which are sometimes found in nutritional supplements), these supplements are also food-based, which I love. After all, I don’t want to get my vitamins and minerals from crazy chemicals — I want to get them as real and to the source that I can. And, let’s be honest, even if you eat really really well, you’re probably still not getting the ideal amount of vitamins and minerals in your diet, so taking at least a multivitamin designed specifically for women makes sense.
Which brings me to my next point: being a woman! Rainbow Light understands that women are the CEOs of their families’ health. (Seriously, what is it with dudes and not wanting to go to the doctor?!) They also understand that in order to take care of others you must first take care of yourself, and therefore create supplements that give every woman the edge to nurture herself and those within her circle of influence. No matter what stage of life you’re in, Rainbow Light empowers you to take charge of your personal health with unique products.
Rainbow Light even offers vegan- and allergy-friendly formulations, as well as gluten-free varieties that are gentle on the stomach. Here are a few of our faves!
Our Favorite Daily Supplements for Women
Women’s One: Nourishes a woman’s body in just one tablet each day. Its added calcium, magnesium and vitamin D3 support bone and breast health, while specially blended herbs promote natural stress and hormone balance.
Prenatal One: Promotes mom’s health and energy, as well as baby’s healthy development through a gentle, safe and rich blend of red raspberry, ginger and organic spirulina.
RejuvenAge 40+: An advanced anti-aging multivitamin that stimulates long-term heart, brain, nerve and eye health, as well as healthy skin elasticity, joints and connective tissue. (Fit Bottomed at any age!)
Omega Skin & Mood: Reduces fine lines and supports a healthy mood through its potent levels of pure omega 3 fatty acids and DHA and EPA combination.
Advanced Enzyme System: Fights the bloated, overloaded feeling that comes during this indulgent time of year. The plant-based enzymes support easier absorption.
You can find Rainbow Light products at U.S. natural retailers and specialty stores — like Whole Foods Markets, Super Supplements, MOM’s Markets, Mrs. Greens, Pharmaca, Vitamin Shoppe and Earth Fare. What supplements do you take? Rainbow Light is giving one random U.S. reader a year’s supply (seriously!) of a vitamin of her choice. Just leave a comment telling us which one you want and why. We’ll announce the winner in the comments and via email in a week! —Jenn

I’ll definitely have to check out Women’s One. I haven’t taken a multivitamin for years but I know I should. This one sounds perfect. It’s so hard to find a vitamin without extra garbage.
The Advanced Enzymes! I have been taking these lately and they are helping me so much. Winning a year’s worth would be wonderful!
Advanced Enzyme System to help with digesting food faster
Omega Cardio Performance, for the marathon I’m going to run this fall.
I take their Vitamin D gummies every day and would love to incorporate their multivitamin into the mix!
Definitely Women’s One. I haven’t taken a multivitamin since I was a kid and I know I need to start taking one. I try to eat well and take care of myself, but there are certain nutrients that I just never get enough of each day (especially calcium!).
I may just have to try the Women’s One. I have been doing a lot of research looking for a multivitamin to try. I am always concerned with getting one with extra ingredients that are not essential or needed.
The demands of professional and home lifves are so stress that my bod just cannot handle it. I’m not as resilient as I used to be and it comes out in in the form of negative emotions and skin disorders. I would like to try the Skin and Mood, um make that ‘need to try’.
I hope I win the prenatal one vitamins!
I’m looking for a good multivitamin. Great giveaway!
Women’s One, because I like the idea of specially blended herbs that promote natural stress and hormone balance.
Omega Skin & Mood!
Great giveaway! How cool! I would love to try out the Omega Skin & Mood!! 😀
I’ve been taking the organic multivitamin but would love to try the Women’s One!
Thanks for doing this give-away! Vitamins are expensive. I have tried Women’s One, and I took PreNatal One throughout both of my two healthy pregnancies… But I would love to try the Omega Skin & Mood!!! And maybe the RejuvenAge 40+ because now that I’m getting older (40) I need all the help I can get! LOL… Thanks! 🙂
Women’s One, I have turned 51 and have lost over 100 pounds, exercise regularly, eat healthy, and, the final piece of the puzzle is a good supplement to make me the healthiest I can (and want) to be. This looks like it is just the ticket to help me regulate hormones, reduce stress, and create healthy bones & heart. THANK YOU!
Would love the Omega Skin and Mood! My main reason for taking vitamins is to help with my skin and bones and this sounds like the perfect supplement! Thank you.
I am interested in the Advanced Enzyme System. I hear about the benefits of probiotics and digestive enzymes, but have yet to give them a try. A supplement that helps fight bloat is a-ok in my book. 🙂 Totally worth the try.
Calcium and iron interfere with absorption of the other. Women need both at separate times. The women’s mvm contains both. A good women’s vitamin only has one or the other and you take the other as an individual supplement. So, Ladies, if you buy these, you’ll need to look at your calcium and iron intake.
I take a multi and extra B vitamins, like a sublingual B12. I checked out Women’s One a few months ago and tried to win a bottle but a whole year’s worth? Whoa! I’m following them on FB and twitter already so I know they’re a great brand. I like all their supplement facts; always more to learn.
I’d love Women’s One because I really don’t like taking the additives that are in so many other multi vitamins!
This is great! I love it that people are now on board and seeing the value of whole food supplements without synthetic ingredients. Being a dietitian and holistic health coach, I see clients all the time who think they are doing something great for their body that in fact may be doing more harm than good.
I think that Women’s One or the Advanced Enzyme System are definitly the ones I would choose. I always feel bloated and am currently going through a weight loss plateau. I have been feeling sluggish lately too so maybe a detox is what I need. Overall though I have had trouble finding a multi-vitamin that didn’t make me sick and that I like so it would be awesome if Women’s One worked for me!
I would love to try the Omega skin and mood because I’m noticing as I’m getting older my mood seems to fluctuate more than I did when I was younger so I would definitely need to balance that out my life
I would love to win either the Advanced Enzyme system or the Womens’ One. Either one because I have noticed lately I am always bloated and feeling sluggish and so maybe I need a good detox of the system! And I have yet to find a multivitamin that doesn’t make me sick. I actually after reading this post went to Rainbow Light’s Website and ordered some of the Candida Cleanse, because I really wanted to try that. I will let you know how it works for me! So excited, maybe Rainbow Light will be the company I order from now!
I take Women’s One. There’s nothing that works for me like it does. I love it and have started my teenage daughter on it too!
I take Women’s One, but would love to try the enzyme support!
I would like to try the Omega Skin and Mood. The benefits of having healthy skin especially during the fall are so important to me because I come from a dry climate. Anything to help improve the overall appearance and presentation of my skin would be a great blessing and it helps improve my mood as well?! I must try these supplements.
Women’s One! Being a 26 year old mom of 3, stress and hormone control is definitely a must, as well as all-around health!
I’d love to try the Omega Skin and Mood supplements. I really like how Omega 3s make me feel. Thanks!
I’d love the RejuvenAge 40+. 40 hit this Summer, and wow! haha
Now that I have tried multiple supplements for Anti bloating I have found that enzymes work best I am trying to take my body to a whole new level with the help of rainbow light advanced enzymes!
And the lucky Rainbow Light winner is … bernadette poyas with comment #15! Emailing you now! Congrats!

I want Omega Cardio Performance to help with my heart disease.
Advanced Enzyme System!
Would love to win the Women’s One… I’ve been searching for a great multivitamin that will help me with my osteopenia (I’m in my early 30’s) and maintaining my current bone density. Thanks!!!
