FBG Anti-Diet Challenge: Get Bendy!
Did that picture have you going, “Whoa!”? Me, too. As moms, we’re used to bending over backwards for our families, often with peanut-buttery pats on the back instead of thanks that don’t require a wardrobe change. But when’s the last time you bent over backwards for yourself? When’s the last time you literally stretched? Today’s Fit Bottomed Girls Anti-Diet message is a dual reminder that we share in the book: 1) Take care of yourself and 2) Work on that flexibility!
