We’re at week six of The Fit Bottomed Girls Anti-Diet video series, in which we’ve been sharing some of the 10-minute fixes we include in our book. This one in particular is one of my favorites because a) I get to say B.S. and 2) it makes you look at the areas in your life where you are making excuses and get down to the nitty-gritty reasons why. We know, there are tons of reasons why you might have to skip a workout or make a less-healthy choice. But we also know that there are those little things called “excuses” that we lean on when we know we shouldn’t. Let me break it down for you via video!
