Say Hello to Fit Bottomed Dudes’ Week!

Can you believe it’s our SIXTH year celebrating all of the Fit Bottomed Dudes in the house? Well, it is. And this year, it’s going to be epic. Whether you’re a dude, you know a dude or you love dudes (that pretty much covers us all, right?), this week is for you!

This week will be full of workouts, reviews and tips that are suited for the guys (although, ladies, you’ll get something out of them, too — promise!). We know in these parts that we talk directly to the ladies mostly (although we have some fantastic male readers!), but we love the men, too. And, you know, they need the same message that they rock as they are with sane tips to be their best just like we women do. So this week, we want to celebrate all the men out there and give them the good fit info they deserve. No “getting-ripped, perfect body” BS. Just solid advice from real guys.
