  2. I love this idea of working out while you are at your desk. I know I can use these tips every day. I think it is a good idea for those of us that work at desks all day to come up with ways to be more active. Great post.

    I try to do some of these as often as possible. I also started setting the timer on my phone at 40 minute intervals to make myself get out of the chair. Whether it’s just to stand and stretch, go to the bathroom, etc trying not to stay seated. Not graceful enough to attempt #1, though, could picture the chair rolling away, Lol
