August Fit Bottomed Challenge Week 4: Spark Your Inner Fire

Are you feeling hot, hot, hot? Have you sparked your inner fire? We hope so! Because we’re in the final days of the August Hot to Trot Fit Bottomed Challenge*.

And, as always, we’re ending the month even hotter than we started it.

What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: August 24-31

Monday, August 24: You’ve been getting more veggies in your breakfast, lunch and dinner — and today (and this whole week if you’re game) we want you to make sure veggies are a part of your snacks. Not sure how to do that? Here’s one fab idea. And another. And another.

Tuesday, August 25: Confidence comes from how you carry yourself. So today, walk proud with these tips.

Wednesday, August 26: Go with the feel-good flow with this yoga workout.

Thursday, August 27: Today, you’re the boss — and a total rockstar. So take 15 minutes (or longer!) to do WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO!

Friday, August 28: We’re not into “burning calories,” but we are into doing these 50 fun activities. So do at least one today!

Saturday, August 29: You’ve been working up to this … today run or walk for 35 minutes!

Sunday, August 30: No, it’s not a joke. We want you to Prancercise. Because, what’s more “hot to trot” and “Sunday Funday” than Prancercise? Nothing. (And if getting out in public to Prancercise isn’t your thing, try some Prancercise Yoga in the comfort of your own home.)

Monday, August 31: For your final Munch It Monday, put it all together by getting in a total of eight-plus servings of veggies today. It’s as simple as two servings each at breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus two snacks with another serving or two in them. Totally doable!
