  1. I love this theme, Love Yourself. Lots of issues that I have is when I was smaller than I am now by 15 Ibs. at 140, I might add, is that I didn’t think I was small enough. Now that I screwed up my intake, I added those. Now I’m working back down. But, I do have a “body image” issue, I have come to realize that. Which I am working on that. You have to love yourself. So, my hunny knows it’s been a rough couple of weeks, until I bought your book and started active listening to your book and your website, came home the other day and bought me a bouquet of all bright colored daisies. Just to “brighten my day”! Geez I love that man! So, for Valentines Day I wanted to do something special for him. So I set up a couples whirl pool session with Strawberry Daquiri’s (sp) and chocolate covered strawberries, with an ending of an hour couples massage! I also get off work early on Friday and planned on surprising him at work and having lunch with him. He loves it when I do that! Thanks Girls! Keep up the good work! You are an encouragement and inspiration to us all!

    I stopped at the Ice cream place and bought him 2 scoops of his favorite “Chocolate Brownie” ice cream.
