How to (Sanely) Increase Your Milk Supply
I remember when we brought Gwen home from the hospital. I was nervous about A LOT of things. But at the top of that list? Breastfeeding. It was not a skill I was born with our intuitively knew how to do — I had to learn from nurses, and watch videos, and ask other moms (and Google about a million times). But with that support and a lot of luck, I was able to breastfeed for a little more than a year.
I wrote a post with my own tips for how to maximize your supply while pumping and Tish had really good success with these magical bars, but I recently came across this handy dandy infographic from Mom Loves Best and I just had to share it. When you’re bleary-eyed and up at all hours, sometimes reading a full article is just too much, ya know? You know.

This was a really helpful article on breastfeeding. Thanks for the same. I have been also referring to whattoexpect.com for everything and it is quite useful. Hope this helps your readers as well.
