5 Paleo Finds You’ll Love (Because We Certainly Do!)

It used to be that there were very few Paleo items in grocery stores (you know, beyond like, veggies, fruit, nuts and meat, which are obviously awesome, amazing and plentiful). And then there were a few more. And now? Well, there are so many new ones that it’s almost hard to keep up! Well, scratch that. It’s actually not hard at all — because it’s all so delicious. Here are a few of our recent fave Paleo-friendly finds.

Primal Kitchen Green Goddess Dressing

Oh, man, this stuff is tasty! Tangy with lots of rich flavor, it’s made with avocado oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard plus lots of herbs, and it adds serious flavor to any salad or veggie. Plus, we hear it’s a great marinade for the grill, too. There are a lot of Primal Kitchen products out there, but this one is our current fave!

Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides in Mixed Berry

While we definitely like this best blended into a smoothie rather than on its own with water, we can’t help but adore the nutritionals. We’re talking 20 grams of collagen, 120 mg of hyaluronic acid, 28 CFUs of probiotics and no artificial sweeteners. Hallelujah!

Paleo Pro Paleo Recovery Powder

We all know that it’s not only about how hard you work out … it’s also about how easily and quickly you can recover. And this recovery powder has it GOING ON. Made with only sweet potato powder (the best Paleo carbs, ever, right?!), egg white protein, stevia leaf extract and sunflower lecithin, it’s clean, primal and great for those muscles. Heads up that there’s only 8 grams of protein in a serving though, so if you want more than that post-workout, be sure to combine with your normal protein powder for full recovery power.

Pork Panko

The name of this one kind of says it all, huh? These are fried pork rinds that have been ground to the consistency of bread crumbs. If you’ve been missing breaded chicken or fish — or even, like breadcrumbs on your roasted veggies for extra crunch — these are the ticket, yo.

Cocoburg Vegan Coconut Jerky

I know vegans and Paleo peeps have some, um, dietary differences, but they do have this jerky in common. Made with only coconut meat and coconut aminos, it’s safe to say that both vegans and Paleo-ers alike will enjoy snacking on this. It’s a very salty, tropical, chewy treat!
Paleo peeps: any other finds you’ve been munching on? I’m still loving these grain-free tortillas! —Jenn
