FitWit: 5 Fads Not to Follow

So you guys probably already know that we’re a fan of the reality TV series Workout, but do you know about Exercise TV’s online video series The Skinny? We didn’t, but now we do and are so freakin’ happy about it. The Skinny is a collection of hilarious online videos that pair fitness and humor. Each one is hosted by former Workout trainer and comedian Zen Gray. We couldn’t love it more. After spending, oh, 60 to 90 minutes perusing the site (and procrastinating cleaning my insanely messy house), I decided that this clip below was the most hilarious—and the most true.
