I’d like to say that every time I start to get stressed, I take a 10-minute break to meditate or do yoga or save the planet with happy thoughts. But, come on, I’m human. And like everyone else, I have a lot on my plate. Which is why Thursday’s review of those relaxing bath soaks was so awesome. It forced me to stop, get naked and zen. (Not that you have to be naked to zen, but it certainly is a requirement of a bath.) While I’m good about exercising and sleeping (and sometimes even meditating!), I more often than not work myself a bit too hard and too long and then leave it to some reality TV and a good glass of wine to help me relax. It usually does the trick, but I know a good soak in the tub is way better for de-stressing. So what about you?
