Are you sitting down? Well, if you are, stand up. But, no, don’t leave. We want you to take our poll first. Because after Monday’s review of the Standing Fit standing desk, we want to know about how much time you spend on your booty. And not working out your booty; actually how much time you spend sitting on it. So tell us, how many hours a day do you spend in the seated position? If you sit for more than a few hours a day, check out these tips for fitting in exercise at work and at the very least, make a point to stand up and walk around for at least a minute or two every hour. When it comes to your health, every bit really does help!
