Getting an Inside Look at ALDI’s Test Kitchen!

Over the last few weeks, ALDI has really, really, really won me over. From great recipes to prices you just can’t beat on everything (but especially organic produce!), I’ve become a big ALDI fan. It’s just so nice to not see cost being a barrier to healthy eating! Which is why I am beyond pumped to be flying to Chicago (its headquarters are just outside of the city) this Friday for ALDI’s Test Kitchen Event for bloggers!

If you’re not familiar with the ALDI Test Kitchen, it’s pretty much where all the foodie magic happens. They create recipes there, shoot photos and generally just do amazing and delicious things. I’ve got the 411 that we’re going to be able to have all of our burning ALDI questions answered, along with the opportunity to chat with Food Stylist Janice Stahl and Registered Dietician Sylvia Klinger. No doubt that I’m going to be learning a lot!
Here are a few questions I have for the ALDI peeps:
- How do you keep prices so ridiculously low?
- What regions produce most of your organic produce?
- How much does product vary from location to location?
- I hear ALDI has wine … DO TELL MORE.
- What are some of the best-buy items in ALDI?
