Feel the (Self) Love: Week 2 of the February Fit Bottomed Challenge

Who’s ready for Week 2 of the February Fit Bottomed Challenge? Especially with Valentine’s Day coming up, the theme being Love Yo’Self and it being Love Yo’Self Week? It’s like the love is everywhere! And that’s how we like it.

If you agree, save me and share me!

What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: February 9-15, 2015

Monday, February 9: Gosh, today’s is really, really tough, guys. We’re asking you to learn about chocolate — and then make a healthy recipe with it. It’s tough work but someone has to do it … Get the chocolate facts and ideas for yummy ways to enjoy it over on Fit Bottomed Eats here. Nom, nom!

Tuesday, February 10: How do you love thee? Let you count the ways! Or, you know, write a haiku (or 12!) about what you love about you. Share with us with #FBC on social — remember that the Fit Bottomed Challenge prize fairy is on the loose and may pick you to win free fit goodies next!

Wednesday, February 11: Love yourself extra today by doing your favorite workout that always makes you feel AWESOME. Enjoy it!

Thursday, February 12: For Thoughtful Thursday, it’s time to get inspired by reading these amazing success stories. We promise they’ll pump you up!

Friday, February 13: Up for a challenge? Of course you are! Take the 10-minute plank and push-up challenge here. Remember, no matter how far you get in it, just doing it is worth celebrating.

Saturday, February 14: Happy Valentine’s Day! Celebrate with a loved one or friend and have a workout date! Here are some ideas for workouts you can do together.

Sunday, February 15: Old Man Winter may still be in full effect, but that doesn’t mean you can’t have a little fun inside. Surfs up, dudettes, with these surf-inspired yoga poses. Try ’em and feel great!

Which day are you most psyched about doing? For me it’s haikus. I’m always a sucker for those.Jenn
