We at Fit Bottomed Zen heard through the grapevine that someone has a birthday this month … that’s right, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, FIT BOTTOMED GIRLS! Hard to believe that it’s been eight years — time certainly flies when you’re having a freaking blast, huh?!

So we decided to celebrate this momentous occasion in our own Zen-like way — with an 8-minute zen meditation that’ll have you feeling relaxed and refreshed just in time for all the awesome birthday celebrations. It’s a simple meditation that anyone can do to quiet the mind chatter that tends to stress us out.
