Now that summer has unofficially begun, the “bikini body” BS is at a all-time high. We’re big fans of the idea that if you put on a bikini then you have, in fact, a bikini body, but we understand that having a positive body image goes deeper than just words. You can’t just say it; you have to know it and feel it. That’s why we’ve put together a super fun (promise!) five-day challenge that will help you to have a better body image.
As always, the challenge is totally free. And all you have to do to take the 5-Day Positive Body Image Challenge for a better body image is to come back to FBG every day this week and do each of the daily challenges that we post (we’ll also be posting on our social media channels so be sure to follow us there, too — you can see all of our accounts up at the top of this page!). Each day we’ll give you a new challenge to help give you a better body image. By the end of the five days, you’ll have a new perspective on your body — and some fabulous tools to keep improving your relationship with yourself and your body all summer long.

Positive Body Image Challenge Day 1: Take the Better Body Image Pledge
We’re starting the challenge out with a simple pledge. A pledge to have a better body image by vowing to do just a few things … behold the #FBGChallenge pledge! This is just the first step of challenge that declares your better body image intentions — every day for the rest of the week the daily challenges will help you to do each of the bulleted items listed in the pledge.
