Your Interactive College Basketball Workout

basketball-workoutGetting ready for March college-basketball mayhem? Oh, yeah, we know that dudettes and their respective dudes love the b-ball. (Us included!) That’s why we’ve created the perfect March craziness interactive college basketball workout. While cheering for your favorite team or bemoaning a big upset on your bracket can burn calories, we thought it would be even better to incorporate the madness and let the game actually dictate your workout for the day.

Similar to our interactive football workout, this plan uses what’s happening during the game to determine what moves you do. Do the following basketball-game routine using your best judgment and modifications where necessary. Try it for a set amount of time like 10 minutes, half the game or even the full game, using half-time as recovery and drinking water just like the players on the court!

  1. Love this! I’m sooo excited for March Madness. I’m cheering for Michigan State to go all the way (go green!), but am hoping that Florida and Indiana both make impressive runs. I have SO MUCH BASKETBALL to watch. Damn, I’m gonna be super fit by the end of the tournament!

I’m pulling for VCU to go all the way this year (although they’re going to need to play better than they did last night). I’m totally in for this workout, although since we’ve been watching multiple games on multiple devices (television, iPad, laptop) AT THE SAME TIME, it might get crazy.

Which is totally the point of March Madness, right???
