It’s the final week of the January New Year New Rear Fit Bottomed Challenge! And for these last few days of the month, we’re asking you to keep at it with this kind of ferocity! You got this, girl!

What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: Jan. 26-31, 2015

Monday, January 26: Cravings are a totally natural thing. And they shouldn’t be denied! But that doesn’t mean that they can’t be made healthier. Good thing Fit Bottomed Eats has your guide to finding  a healthier substitute for ’em. Get it here.

Tuesday, January 27: Today’s challenge is pretty self-explanatory: Take a long hot bath tonight — you deserve it! And if you need a few goodies to make your bath time extra chill and good for your muscles that have been working so hard, check these out.

Wednesday, January 28: Remember how during Week 1 you recorded how many of these moves you could each do in a minute: push-ups, squats, sit-ups, lunges, tricep dips, burpees? Well, it’s time to do that again and then compare today’s results to the previous one’s. Be sure to pat yourself on your fit butt for your progress and tell us all about it on social media with #FBC (@FitBottomedGirl in most places!).

Thursday, January 29: It’s time to share your dream board! Look at it for five minutes again today, and then upload a photo of it to Instagram and tag us (@FitBottomedGirl) and #FBC for a chance to win a whole personalized box of fit goodies just for you!

Friday, January 30: You know how you swapped a workout DVD with a friend last week? Well, it’s time to do that workout DVD. Yay for new workouts!

Saturday, January 31: Work that booty today with this “Long and Strong” workout. This one is recommended on a Spin bike, but if you don’t have a bike or access to one, no worries. Simply use the interval framework and heart rate zones Kristen details to guide your own workout, whether it’s on the elliptical, treadmill or even just walking around your neighborhood. No excuses!
