How Many Hours of Sleep Do You Get a Night?
How many hours of sleep do you get a night? I know. It’s a bit of a loaded question that depends on a ton of factors in your life—do you have a child who wakes up in the night, a dog who takes up more than his fair share of space on the bed, a partner who steals the covers, a schedule that doesn’t allow for much shuteye or a mind that won’t stop running tomorrow’s to-do list at rapid speed? On average, I pride myself on getting about seven or eight hours a night. Occasionally I’ll get nine on the weekends; and if hitting an early morning class at The Fit Pit, I may only get six hours. But, on the whole—especially with my new bed and pillows (whee!)—I’m pretty proud that I’m a good sleeper. What about you though? How many hours of sleep do you get, on average, a night?

I get up at 4:30 to work out every weekday. I’m lucky if I get to sleep by 10:30…I try to catch up on the weekends but that rarely happens. I love working out in the mornings so I deal with the lack of sleep!
I usually sleep for more than 9 hours.. but obviously depends on how busy or hectic my life is.. i can see the difference though when i dont get enough sleep..
I guess I’m the weird-O here, but when I get 6-7 hours of sleep, I’m dragging my feet in the morning.
I’m energetic, wide-eyed and bushy tailed on 4-5 hours of sleep.
I sleep about 6-7 hours now that it’s getting cooler up here. It’s funny how the summer warm air makes such a difference. In the summer, I’m good for an extra hour. I think sleep requirement is different for everyone and it depends on your lifestyle. I take good care of myself, so I think that helps.
