It is really hard to convince yourself to go out and exercise if you dread the activity you have chosen to stay in shape. To avoid feelings of impending doom as you make your way to the kitchen, start with a dish you love.
Never met a stir-fry you didn’t like? Go for it. Focus less on eating “healthy” and more on eating well. You will be more likely to hone your skills on something you routinely crave and can’t wait to eat.
Once you realize that you can create a better tasting stir-fry than that Asian joint down the street, you no longer have to subject yourself to added MSG or big freakin’ hunks of carrots.
