March Fit Bottomed Challenge Week 2: Clear It Out

We’re already one week into the March Challenge, and we are already feeling more mindful in our everyday lives. We’re so ready to keep it going strong this week. Here’s what’s ahead!

What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: March 9-15, 2015

Monday, March 9: Did you pick a streak? Keep that streak going or pick a new one — yoga, meditation, journaling or eating mindfully (get more mindful-eating ideas over on Fit Bottomed Eats here) — and see how many days in a row you can do it. Go for consistency and try to stick with your activity each day.

Tuesday, March 10: This one should be a piece of cake: Sit mindfully for 10 minutes and send some love to each of your body parts. Sometimes meditation is easier when you have something specific to focus on.

Wednesday, March 11: Grab a fit bottomed dude and do these five yoga poses! No dude handy? You can still do them solo.

Thursday, March 12: It’s Thoughtful Thursday! And today’s challenge is to look for some fit inspiration. Head to Pinterest to find and pin 10 quotes that inspire you!

Friday, March 13: Kick off your day with Pilates in the morning. Need a reason to try it in the a.m.? Glad you asked!

Saturday, March 14: It’s the weekend, so hopefully you have plenty of time to hit up your favorite workout. Do it, and use your favorite workout mantra while you’re workin’ it!

Sunday, March 15: Take some time to zen-ify a space. After all, you can’t clear your mind when you’re surrounded by clutter!
