What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: October 5-11
Monday, October 5: Wanna feel gorgeous inside and out? Of course you do! And one of our favorite ways to do that is to eat healthy. So try one of these beauty superfoods today. Then, hop on the social (we’re pretty much @FitBottomedGirl everywhere) and tell us which one you’re noshing on with #FBGChallenge for a chance to win a free fit prize pack customized just for you. Tuesday, October 6: Get inspired to be YOUR best by reading these motivational quotes.
Wednesday, October 7: Work it, girl, with this Full-Body Couplets Workout. It does NOT disappoint.
Thursday, October 8: One of the best ways to get in touch with your inner awesomeness is to just sit with it and in it. So, to that point, we’d like you to do this Loving Kindness Meditation for at least five minutes today to focus on sending yourself and the world around you love, kindness and be-YOU-tifulness.
Friday, October 9: Remember how you did burpees for 5 minutes last week? Well, today you’re going to do it again except you’re going to try to beat your number! See if you can beat it by at least two … or maybe three!
Saturday, October 10: Whether you consider yourself “coordinated” or not (most of the time we do not put ourselves in the coordinated category), dancing is a fantastic way to get in tune and feel more comfortable with your body. And the more you do it, the more fun it is. So today, put on your favorite tunes (may we suggest this 80s playlist?) and dance with your bad self for at least 15 minutes.
Sunday, October 11: Take a little time for you today to connect … by disconnecting. Unplug yourself for two whole hours. No TV, no phone, no tablets … just you! (And if you need help unplugging, try these tips.)
