What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: October 19-25
Monday, October 19: Start off your week by either making a beautiful healthy meal or going out for one. Healthy recipe ideas are here! No matter whether you go out or stay in, take time to really savor and enjoy the meal.
Tuesday, October 20: Last week you wrote a thank-you note to a be-you-tiful women, and today, we want you to write a thank you letter to yourself. Thank your body for all that it does for you!
Wednesday, October 21: Make a workout date! Whether it’s with your best fit friend or your partner, do a workout today with someone you love. And get awesome workout date tips here.
Thursday, October 22: Rise, pee, meditate. No seriously. Do it! It’ll make you feel more zen — and is a beautiful way to start your day feeling relaxed and connected to your awesomeness.
Friday, October 23: They’re baaack! Today, like last week, do burpees for 10 minutes. Except this time, be sure to beat your number from last week!
Saturday, October 24: Dance with your beautiful self today for 25 minutes. If you’re looking for some fun songs to jam to, try this Katy Perry vs. Taylor Swift playlist. SO. FUN.
Sunday, October 25: What’s on your ultimate dance or workout playlist? We wanna know! Create it and then share a track or two with @FitBottomedGirl on Twitter or Instagram — and, remember, we’re on Spotify!
