It’s the last month of the year — and probably the craziest month of the year. I mean, December is SO fun. But, SO busy. And with that in mind, we’ve given the Fit Bottomed Challenge a theme that’ll help you to embrace that hustle … and also flow (and take time for you and your fitness!). Say hello to the December Holiday Hustle Fit Bottomed Challenge*!

What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: December 1-6
Tuesday, December 1: Counting calories has been touted for years as THE WAY to lose weight. But, we think it’s pretty torturous and, for some, can even become counterproductive for reaching your weight-loss goals. Today, read this and then commit to stopping the calorie-counting insanity for once and for all!
Wednesday, December 2: Get your hustle on … literally, with this booty-moving workout. Don’t have a treadmill? Bundle up, grab a watch (or your phone with a timer) and try it outside!
Thursday, December 3: Why wait until the New Year? Give up this nasty habit now.
Friday, December 4: When you’re short on time, interval workouts are the way to go because they pack a workout punch in a short amount of time. Try one today (get some great ones to choose from here), and then snap a sweaty selfie on Instagram and share it with us (@FitBottomedGirl) and use #FBGChallenge! We want to see your sweaty smiling face and give you a well-deserved virtual high-five. And maybe surprise you with some free fit goodies.
Saturday, December 5: To help you keep that hustle going, every Saturday for the challenge we’re going to have you run — and slowly increase your time running each week so that by the end of the month you’re really feeling like a runner. So, today, go out and jog for as long as you can. Write down your number — spoiler: you’ll try to beat it next week!
Sunday, December 6: Remember how last month you had an attitude of gratitude? Well, we want you to keep that going today by writing a thank-you haiku for a loved one and sharing it with him or her. Warm fuzzies all around!
