Who’s ready to feel the love?! We are! And as we do every year around Valentine’s Day, it’s time for Love Yo’Self Week!

Now, we’ve already been doing the Love Yo’Self theme for the February Fit Bottomed Challenge and all (deets here!), but this week we’ll be amping that message up even more. Every post will be all about — you guessed it — loving yourself and having a healthy body image.

From inspiring reader success stories to books that promote the self-love to apparel companies that fit women of all shapes and sizes to our best healthy body image posts to a freakin’ Toshiba Encore Mini giveaway (because we love you THAT MUCH), this week is going to be epic! Oh, and remember this campaign? We got the best response and will be featuring more than 20 women who are all rocking healthy lifestyles in every way possible, showing you that there is no right way or wrong way to get healthy and love yourself unconditionally — just the way that works for you.

It is so not about the size of your butt or if/how fast you can run or the number on that stinkin’ scale. Loving yo’self is about making peace with the body you’re in, appreciating what your mama gave you and then taking care of yourself because you deserve to feel good and be your absolute best.
