Want a Healthy Body Image? Get It With Love Yo’Self Week!
Who’s ready to feel the love?! We are! And as we do every year around Valentine’s Day, it’s time for Love Yo’Self Week!
Now, we’ve already been doing the Love Yo’Self theme for the February Fit Bottomed Challenge and all (deets here!), but this week we’ll be amping that message up even more. Every post will be all about — you guessed it — loving yourself and having a healthy body image.
From inspiring reader success stories to books that promote the self-love to apparel companies that fit women of all shapes and sizes to our best healthy body image posts to a freakin’ Toshiba Encore Mini giveaway (because we love you THAT MUCH), this week is going to be epic! Oh, and remember this campaign? We got the best response and will be featuring more than 20 women who are all rocking healthy lifestyles in every way possible, showing you that there is no right way or wrong way to get healthy and love yourself unconditionally — just the way that works for you.
It is so not about the size of your butt or if/how fast you can run or the number on that stinkin’ scale. Loving yo’self is about making peace with the body you’re in, appreciating what your mama gave you and then taking care of yourself because you deserve to feel good and be your absolute best.
Leave a comment below if you love yo’self or join in the discussion on social with #loveyoself! And bookmark this page so you don’t miss a post this week!—Jenn

I love this!! I have a hard time loving myself most of the time. When I stumbled upon your site last year, things started changing in my mindset. 🙂 I’ve just recently purchased your book and I’m planning to start working through that this week, so excited for the fun changes I’m making in my life! This month I’ve also ditched the scale! I don’t know if I’ll keep it up forever, but a huge part of me started relying on it too much. I’d workout and eat right and feel great, get on the scale and had gained 1 or 2 lbs…all those good feelings would just rush away. So now I’ve decided that if I’m eating right, staying active and feeling good about myself, that should be enough.
Really looking forward to your awesome posts this week!
I’ve been working on my self-talk in the new year, which needed a major overhaul, lol. Nothing like making yourself doubt your abilities with negative self-talk. Well, no more.
