13 Circuit Training Workouts That Get Results

workouts

Get bored easily when working out? Dislike doing machines at the gym? Don’t have a lot of time? Circuit training workouts are where it’s at. And no matter if you’re a beginner or seasoned exerciser, they are a fabulous way to either get fit or take your fitness to the next level.

How? Well, circuit training workouts are exactly what they sound like: a number of different strength and/or cardio moves you run through again and again in a certain sequence or — you guessed it — circuit. Because circuit training workouts are interval-based with lots of variation and intensity, they’re also usually considered HIIT — and give you a cardio and strength workout in one. Because who has time to do cardio and strength? Ain’t nobody got time for that! (Just kidding: if you have time and enjoy it, HAVE AT IT!)

We thought it would be fun to compile our favorite circuit training workouts of all time, so that you guys had one place to go when searching for the perfect workout. Check them out! (And for full instructions of each, be sure to click the graphic!)

  2. I already joined a fitness gym but I do circuit workouts only in the gym under the trainer. But after your post I started doing in my home also and as a result I can see the positive result as a much faster rate. Thanks for the steps, its really very effective. I recommend all to follow these steps and keep posting like this.
