May Fit Bottomed Challenge Week 3: It’s a New Day

Just in case you forgot, this month’s Fit Bottomed Challenge is all about getting back on track. And while the challenge started earlier this month, the theme is that it’s never too late or the wrong time to make a healthy decision and begin to honor yourself. So whether you’re hearing about the challenge for the first time (if so, get all the deets here!) or you’re reading this on a Friday and not a Monday, today is a new day. And with that new day you get to choose how to make the most of it!

Yep, we like to sing it, too. And with all that in mind (and that song in our head), let’s see what we’re challenging you to do each day this week to make the most of your days!

What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: May 18-24

Monday, May 18: Wanna have a better workout? Fuel up properly before and after with these tips and boost your energy, your results and your recovery!

Tuesday, May 19: Feel the love! Today, we’d love for you to name seven things you love about yourself and share with @FitBottomedGirl with #FBGChallenge. Why seven? Because it’s our seven-year birthday, of course! (And, remember, when you use the hashtag, you are entered to win fit free goodies if you’re in the U.S.!)

Wednesday, May 20: The AMRAP continues! This time with 20 minutes of: 10 tricep dips, 10 push-ups, 10 plyo squats. Be sure to write down how many rounds you get through. You might see it next week, too …

Thursday, May 21: The seven-themed fun continues! Today, share at least seven things you’re grateful for with a friend. Take an attitude of gratitude and realize all that you have!

Friday, May 22: Find inner balance by doing that balance workout again. This time get through it not one, not two, but three times. You. Can. Do. It.

Saturday, May 23: Work your booty by doing more fartleks. This time a whole 30 minutes of them! (Yes, fartlek jokes are still optional — but recommended.)

Sunday, May 24: Enjoy your Sunday Funday by doing that workout you planned last week with your bud! (Forgot or just starting the challenge? Grab a friend — he/she can even be furry — and do any workout!)
