Our 7 Most Popular Posts (Plus a Few of Our Faves!)

One of the coolest things about our birthday week is that it gives us a chance to slow down and really reflect on the past year — something that’s surprisingly hard to do the rest of the time, when we’re constantly focusing on what’s new, what’s next, what we need to do to make it happen.

In a way, that’s kind of like parenthood, right? Sometimes you find yourself so in the weeds that, when you get a moment to look at the past few days, weeks, or months, you can really be amazed at everything you’ve accomplished!

As part of our birthday celebration, we wanted to share the year’s most popular posts (and, as we noted at Fit Bottomed Girls earlier this year, y’all have really great taste). We particularly love the fact that you seem to be drawn to such a variety of posts — workouts, tips, touching personal stories, they’re all there. But popularity isn’t everything! So we’re also sharing a few of our very favorites from the last 365 days or so. Get ready for a few really great reads!
