7 Healthy Ways to Cook Fish
1. Roast it. I love to roast fish, mostly because I find it the easiest and most convenient on a regular basis. I generally use olive oil to cook it this way, but be sure to put enough on the baking pan so it won’t stick. You can also use grapeseed oil, as it has a higher cooking temperature than olive oil. I usually cook the fish at 425 degrees for about 7 to 10 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish. Make sure the fish is opaque when fully cooked. It will be flaky when done.
