healthy-fish-recipes-585Over the years, I have grown to love fish and, unlike Erin, I’ve never been afraid of it. It’s not always been my favorite meat, but I’ve definitely learned to embrace it. I think fish offers as many or more ways to cook it as any other meat out there. I mean, you can poach, fry (though, not recommended), broil, roast and bake fish—with many other options out there for one to try.
I cook with fish on a regular basis now, so I recently tackled several ways to cook with it and even found a new way that I’ll definitely be trying again in the not-so-distant future. I gathered seven different ways to cook fish, and although there are many more, these seemed to be the most interesting to me and the best ones to have in one’s healthy fish-cooking repertoire.
