6. Baked. I decided to tackle this version at the very end of my healthy-ways-to-cook-fish experiments. I found baking to work well and keep the fish more moist than it would be if you used other methods. To make mine extra crispy, I used regular and Panko bread crumbs. I used eggs and regular flour for my version because that’s what I had on hand, but you can always substitute gluten-free or almond flour and egg whites for whole eggs.

    I love cooking fish in the oven too. My favorite is marinading salmon in the juice of a lime and a couple of teaspoons of coconut sugar and then wrapping it in bake paper and baking for about eight minutes depending on size. I’ts delish!
