Great info! I like a mixture of tips and real-life stories. I just published a book of my running misadventures in an attempt to inspire hesitant runners. It’s called Confessions of an Unlikely Runner and it’s available on Amazon here!

Maybe adding a list of motivational books would be nice? (Born to Run, Running Like a Girl, etc.)

I loved reading this. Amazing inspiration to get going on my new fitness plan!!!!! I need to keep track of what you’re posting! A girl needs motivation! 😀 haha

  3. Stretch!! Just a few dynamic stretches at the beginning, and some cooldown stretching at the end of each run can prevent injuries that can derail you from your program and your goals. Always wear proper running shoes to avoid-fungal-nail-infection
